AEP Convert was founded in May 2007 by Michael Feiner
.
As an online business optimisation consultancy our primary focus is on increasing clients’ online profitability.
Our clients benefit from our diverse experience and expertise in the areas of web analytics, voice of customer, usability testing, search optimisation, competitive analysis, behavioural targeting and multivariate testing as we can offer them holistic solutions.
In our short existence we have attracted a significant list of clients from very large to very small. Our clients include:
- The Royal Bank of Scotland consulting on the main retail brands NatWest, RBS and Mint. We designed and executed an advanced web analytics framework to match the growing data needs of the bank, created various executive data dashboards to inform executives of site performance and provide essential insight to the Optimisation Team
- E-inbusiness, an established e-commerce supplier. We provide implementation, analysis and reporting support and consultancy for brands such as New Look, Dreams, Ryman, Faith Shoes, HSS Hire, Artigiano, Jacques Vert, Blooming Marvellous, The Conran Shop and Radley Bags
- CACI, a leading marketing and information consultancy. We deliver integrated online and offline customer management solutions for large corporations. Services include developing holistic analytics strategies, analytics vendor selection, design and implementation of web analytics and multivariate testing frameworks, integration of web analytics with third party data sources such as CRM and campaign management and development of data warehousing solutions
- Hall & Partners, a brand and communication consultancy, working together with clients such as Dell and Seawave to integrate voice of customer with web analytics data; enhancing the understanding of customer online behaviour and attitudes towards the client’s brand
- Mezzo Marketing, a digital management consultancy. Defining web analytics and optimisation frameworks for clients such as JP Morgan Asset Management and other large investment companies
- Friends of the Earth, an environmental charity which is also one of AEP Convert’s nominated charities. We helped FoE design and develop a charity-wide web analytics framework, ran A/B testing on donation pages (resulting in a conversion improvement of over 50%) and advised on the gathering of essential Voice of Customer feedback as part of the research for a site relaunch
- Polymer Logistics, an AIM-listed retail packaging company. We helped set up their online web analytics tool and provide ongoing reporting and search optimisation advice
- Christopher Farr Cloth, a luxury fabric designer. Working with the company ongoing to optimise its online content and increase lead generation
- True Pilates London, a specialised Pilates practice. Executed the migration of the website to a new platform and provide ongoing web analytics support and reporting
