Discounts
We offer half price fee for charity and not-for-profit organisations (limited space, first come - first served).
We also offer discounts to multiple participants from same company (client-side only).

Refund and Transfer Policy:
Cancellations before May 10th 2013 will receive a full refund less a € 100 processing fee.
Registered attendees may transfer their registration at any time.
Vendor and Consultant Registrations:
Vendor and Consultant attendance at X Change is limited. If you work for a technology vendor or consultancy in the web analytics space, please email us to confirm your eligibility. If you register without notifying us, we will charge a € 150 fee if we have to refund your registration fee due to lack of eligibility. In addition, approved vendors and consultants are limited to a maximum of two attendees.
